Palm Springs Golf
If you're looking to play golf in the Palm Springs area,
then you've arrived at the right place to find it!
Palm Springs has come a long way since Tom O'Donnell built the first golf course
in the mid-twenties. Nine holes in downtown Palm Springs that its members love
to play and they never need a tee time! Unfortunately that course is not available for our packages, but wait
until you see the ones that are.
Rest assured you'll find outstanding golf at our Palm Springs resorts. You'll get the right
price the right place to stay and great golf courses to play...if you don't need
or want to plan a whole golf vacation, you can book
Palm Springs
Tee Times only!
La Quinta Resort & Club features 90 holes of some of the country’s best golf,
including the famous Stadium Golf Course at PGA WEST
Be sure to play this course, designed by Pete Dye and ranked in The 100 Greatest Courses in the U.S. by Golf Magazine. The Skins Game, The Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, The Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, and the PGA Grand Slam of Golf are all played on this course.
La Quinta Mountain Course is famous for its unique design and visually stunning setting. This golfer's paradise demands accurate, strategic play while providing the ultimate in
breathtaking
views. Pete Dye's skillful design is ranked among Golf Magazine's "Top 100
Courses You Can Play" in the United States.
And what would you say if the little guy on the right joined your foursome? It's
entirely possible when you play a La Quinta golf course! These long horned
sheep, the tree-lined canyons the bubbling hot springs have all been here well
over thousands of years.
Imagine playing golf courses where Hollywood stars like Bob Hope, Dinah Shore and other famous people played. Not just for the rich and famous. We can make it happen! Golf vacations that let it happen, browse our Palm Springs golf rates from Indio to Palm Desert and all other locations in between.
It all started at La Quinta Spa and Resort in the '20s. Those old movie stars
knew how to live it up, and golf was one of the ways they did it...and the celebrities of today still love it here.
One of our favorite golf vacations is La Quinta California. We like to stay in a La Quinta
Spanish-style casita, play the Norman and Stadium Courses (With 150 slope, Pete Dye's course is a killer, but what a challenge!). Of all the courses we have played, these stack right up there with our very favorites anywhere!
(and it's where you'll see the little guys above)
We have a little golf tournament here every year with some of our old golfing
buddies on the West Coast and these are the golf courses we love to play. The
25,000 square foot clubhouse is worth the trip!
La Quinta is a great
resort for couples with a romantic resort and great golf, what more could you ask for? No wonder several of our friends have moved to La Quinta!
